Exertron came to Quest with a novel concept for the weight stack found in exercise equipment.  The concept was a weight stack that adjusts the load on the lifter dynamically to maximize the exercise regime.  The users resistance adjusts automatically increasing and decreasing based on the user completing their full range of motion.  The system offers ten levels of intensity and records all user information.  The original concepts were complex, difficult to implement, and presented reliability concerns for the product.  Quest conceived methods to address these issues, designed the system and transitioned into an off-shore manufacturing facility.  The system has demonstrated reliable performance of over 500,000 cycles without failure.
