Scott Drieth joined Quest Product Development Corporation in October 2008 as Manufacturing Production Manager.

Scott Drieth has been in manufacturing for more than 16 years; he has experience in Manufacturing Management in the medical device industry under QSR, MMD, and ISO 9001 regulation. Scott has over 10 years experience in training personal to meet goals for production requirements, improving processes to create a more responsive & efficient production teams, developing order scheduling/priority processes & peer feedback systems, creating historical forecasts & entered data into the Material Planning & Scheduling System, and developing & managing flexible teams that are responsible and empowered to meet customers need in an ever-changing environment. While at HEI, Ge Healthcare, and Datex-Ohmeda he expanded line scrap criteria for 29% reduction in rejected material requiring investigations, identified and disposition over $150,000 of obsolete inventory, and maintained 98% on time delivery of all managed product lines.

Scott’s educational background is in business; he also is a Sigma Green Belt, JCIT (Demand based Flow Manufacturing,) and has worked on over 20 products, with about 15 being medical devices.
