Tim is an electrical engineer by training with over 20 years of experience. His background includes digital, analog and power supply design. Tim has done extensive work with UL in gaining approval of products. Tim lead the implementation of Quest's ISO-13485 and AS9100B quality system and plays a vital role in the quality management at Quest.
